Terms of Use

Overview

These terms apply to the Gymbilly app for iPhone and Apple Watch and to the Gymbilly account and friends service. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Health and Safety

Gymbilly is a training log, not medical advice. Heart rate, muscle maps and other figures in the app are estimates. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, use proper technique, and stop if you feel pain or feel unwell. You train at your own risk.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Community Rules

Your friends can see your profile and the workouts you share. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:

• Use a username, name or photo that is offensive, sexual, hateful or violent, that impersonates someone, or that infringes someone else's rights
• Harass, bully, threaten or spam other people, including with nudges or high-fives
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service

You can report or block any user or workout in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete the accounts responsible.

Your Content

You own the content you share. You allow us to store it and show it to your friends so the service works. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

The Service

We work hard to keep Gymbilly reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Features may change, and the friends service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and we will tell you in the app about important changes.
